Beyonce Knowles welcomes a baby girl, Ivy Blue Carter, earlier today at the Lenox Hill Hospital, New York City.
The pop star allegedly paid $1.3 million to book out the whole fourth floor of the hospital for full privacy. On top of that, she registered under a fake name. Ingrid Jackson, to be specific. Hospital staff were also told to turn in their mobile phones and any recording devices.
Following the breaking news of Ivy’s birth, several celebrities have congratulated the golden couple including Rihanna, who tweeted:
“Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih”
A fake twitter account was also created for Ive Blue Carter:
The twitter account’s profile picture is a mash up of Jay Z and Beyonce (pretty disturbing i might add) and Ivy tweets about being a celebrity, recording her next album as well as thanking Kanye West for a pair of Dior ballet pumps.

This piece of news also set the whole online community crazy with congratulation tweets as well as confusion on whether her name is Ivy Blue or Blue Ivy.
